1. Appropriate Cutting Applications

Do not use the tool to cut metal, tree trunks, or branches beyond its rated cutting capacity. Avoid dry hardwood or wet, heavily decayed wood if these exceed the tool's specifications. Do not force the chain through a cut. Excessive pressure can cause jamming, chain wear, or damage.

2. Motor Cooling & Operating Time

The supplied instructions recommend limiting each operating session to no more than 10 minutes, followed by a shutdown and cooling period. Follow the manufacturer's specified duty cycle and stop immediately if the motor overheats, emits unusual odors, or operates abnormally.

3. Chain Tension & Maintenance

The chain may loosen during initial use or normal operation. Turn off the tool, remove the battery, and allow moving parts to stop completely before checking or adjusting chain tension. Keep the chain properly tensioned and lubricated according to the manufacturer's instructions.

4. Telescopic Pole Locking

Extend the pole to the desired length and fully secure the locking latch before starting the tool. Never use the pole to support body weight or climb. Check that all connections are secure before each use.

5. Personal Protective Equipment

Wear appropriate eye and hearing protection, protective gloves, sturdy footwear, and other protective equipment specified in the manual. Keep bystanders away from the cutting area. Never cut near power lines, and do not use the tool from a ladder or in an unstable position.
